Annadatha Bazar does not own, control, manage, or endorse any crops, livestock, farm tools, labor services, or other items or services listed on the platform. The platform does not participate in negotiations between users and does not verify the accuracy, legality, quality, safety, or condition of any listings. All representations, descriptions, pricing, and commitments made in listings are solely the responsibility of the respective users who publish them.
The platform does not process payments, collect transaction fees for facilitating financial exchanges between users, hold funds in escrow, or act as a financial intermediary. Any financial arrangements, including pricing, payment methods, delivery terms, inspection, or verification of goods or services, are made independently and directly between the concerned users at their own discretion and risk.
Annadatha Bazar shall not be deemed to be an agent, broker, partner, joint venture participant, or representative of any user. The relationship between the platform and its users is strictly limited to providing access to a digital communication interface. Users acknowledge and agree that they are entering into transactions voluntarily and independently, and the platform shall not be held liable for any disputes, losses, damages, misrepresentations, or legal consequences arising from such interactions.
By using the platform, users expressly acknowledge that Annadatha Bazar’s role is limited to providing access to technological infrastructure and does not extend to supervision, enforcement, or guarantee of performance between users.
3. User Eligibility

This includes, but is not limited to, name, contact information, location details, and any listing information submitted. Users agree to promptly update their information in the event of any changes. The submission of false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account, without prior notice.
Users must not create accounts using fictitious identities, impersonate any person or organization, misrepresent affiliation with any government body or agricultural authority, or use the identity of another individual without authorization. The platform reserves the right to request verification of user information where necessary to ensure compliance with applicable laws and platform integrity.
Annadatha Bazar reserves the sole discretion to refuse access to the platform, suspend accounts, or terminate services to any user who fails to meet eligibility requirements, violates these Terms, or engages in conduct that may harm the platform, its users, or the public interest.
By continuing to use the platform, users affirm that they meet all eligibility requirements and agree to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to agricultural trade regulations, consumer protection laws, and information technology regulations in India.
4. User Accounts
In order to access certain features of the platform, users are required to create an account by providing accurate and complete information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out under their account. Annadatha Bazar shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of a user’s account. If a user becomes aware of any unauthorized access or misuse of their account, they must immediately notify the platform. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that is found to be involved in misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Annadatha Bazar does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted content and shall not be responsible for any misrepresentation made by users. Each user is solely responsible for the content they publish and for ensuring that their activities comply with applicable laws in India.
6. Data Security
Annadatha Bazar implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Annadatha Bazar does not assume responsibility for monitoring user compliance with sector-specific regulations. In the event that any competent authority requires disclosure of information or investigation of user activity, the platform reserves the right to cooperate with lawful government requests and share information as required under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any obligation on Annadatha Bazar beyond those mandated under Indian law.
12. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the use of the platform, including disputes between users, the concerned parties are encouraged to resolve the matter amicably and directly between themselves.

13. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Annadatha Bazar, its partners, affiliates, representatives, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Any listing or content posted by the user
- Any transaction or interaction between users
- Any violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Any misrepresentation, fraud, or unlawful activity by the user
- Any breach of applicable laws or regulations
This indemnity obligation shall survive termination or suspension of the user’s account and continued use of the platform.
Annadatha Bazar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from user activities or third-party conduct on the platform.
