• We do not guarantee service quality, availability, outcomes, or suitability for your specific needs.
• Service providers are solely responsible for their work, legal compliance, and professional conduct.
• Users must perform their own due diligence before booking and making payments.

Verification System

Providers may be shown as Verified or Not Verified. Verification indicates that documents were submitted and reviewed by admin, but it is not a guarantee of service quality. Always verify identity and documents before engaging.

Veterinary Providers (India)

• Veterinary professionals must provide a valid license/registration number and council/authority name.
• Degree certificate and government ID proof may be required for verification.
• Submitting false information can result in suspension and may be reported to authorities where applicable.

Transportation Providers (India)

• Transport providers must comply with applicable transport laws and maintain valid documents (DL/RC/Insurance as applicable).
• Users should confirm vehicle suitability, route, pricing, and insurance coverage before booking.

Disputes & Reporting

• If you suspect fraud or misuse, report the provider to our admin team.
• We may suspend listings/accounts that violate our policies or appear fraudulent.
• Disputes between users and providers should be resolved directly; we may assist by sharing platform logs where appropriate and lawful.

Right to Suspend

We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any provider/listing for policy violations, suspicious activity, incomplete documents, or user complaints.
